The staff was very friendly and professional from arrival. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurants. The food quality was excellent (especially the breakfast buffet). I found the gym to be well-equipped, a definite plus for my routine.
I found the absence of a makeup mirror in the room a minor inconvenience.

My room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. The bathroom included quality toiletries and a powerful shower. Adequate heating was there. I appreciate the attentiveness to room presentation.

The hotel is conveniently situated near accessible roadways. Parking on-site was ample and easy to navigate. The grounds are extensive, with well kept landscaping. It offered a sense of seclusion. It is not in a crowded area.

The staff showed attentiveness and professionalism. my room was ready early, a nice surprise. i appreciated being able to drop off my bags before going to the spa.
the pool resides in a separate building. it felt more like a local leisure pool because of the cold temperature and the presence of many children. the provided shampoo and conditioner were very basic, similar to what is found in public restrooms.
